Privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

This policy covers the Live Football Scores app for Android and the FlexScores website (flexscores.com). We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.

What stays on your device

Your favourite teams and leagues, alert choices, theme and other settings are stored only on your device. Finished matches you open are cached on the device so they load offline. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

What we process to run the service

  • Score requests. The app asks our servers for fixtures, scores and match details. Our servers receive your IP address and your time zone (used to group matches by day) and keep request counts for operating the service. We don't build profiles from them.
  • Notifications. If you turn on match alerts, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) gives your device a token and we subscribe it to topics for the teams and leagues you follow, so we can send goal, kick-off and result alerts. You can turn alerts off in Settings or in your phone's notification settings.

Advertising

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy & ad choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services .

Third parties

We share data only with the service providers above: Google AdMob (ads) and Google Firebase (notifications). We don't sell personal data.

Children

The app is meant for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Server request logs are kept for a short time for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted.

Changes and contact

We'll update this page if our practices change, with a new date at the top. For questions or requests about your data, contact us at the email address on our Google Play listing.
